**Job Summary:**
We're looking for a friendly, remote customer support agent to assist us with real estate listing quality control and customer support. **Key Responsibilities:**
As a Real Estate Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Reviewing tax records, permits, and documentation to validate customer submissions for our admin team
* Reviewing listings for accuracy and compliance prior to them being posted on the MLS
* Working with our overseas team and providing assistance when needed
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer inquiries and issues
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Staying up-to-date with MLS and real estate rules and regulations
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Current real estate license in NJ, WI, MO, or OH
* Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in a related real estate role
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Detail-oriented and organized with a strong focus on accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in technology and comfortable with software applications
* Native US English speaker/citizen with US hours availability

* Experience working with MLS and real estate software
* Familiarity with real estate regulations and compliance
