Our Quality Control Strategies and Guidelines Group is at the forefront of this effort, and we are seeking a talented Quality Control Standards Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying statistical trends and performance metrics to enhance our Quality Control division and support the achievement of our organizational objectives.
The Quality Control Standards Data Analyst will assist in utilizing data to create, present, and make recommendations for novel ideas and initiatives, as well as perform root cause analysis to mitigate the risk of non-compliance through process improvements. These enhancements will support blithequark's goals, including maintaining low costs, modernizing operations, and improving compliance, thereby providing a competitive advantage. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive business outcomes and make a meaningful impact.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong ability to collect, organize, analyze critical amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively listen to, understand, and convey ideas and present findings to groups of varying audiences. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase is preferred.
