We are growing fast — and we need ambitious sales professionals who want to grow with us. The Role: Inside Sales Representative This is not an order-taking role. This is a high-activity, high-ownership, high-growth sales role for someone who: - Thrives on prospecting - Is energized by cold calling - Is resilient in the face of rejection - Wants to build a real sales career - Is hungry to win You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to executives at small and mid-market companies and booking qualified meetings for our AI Workshops and AI Agent engagements. Outbound Prospecting (Primary Focus) - Make 60–100 outbound calls per day to targeted decision-makers - Execute structured cold call campaigns into defined verticals - Follow up persistently via phone, email, and LinkedIn - Turn not now into tell me more 2. Lead Qualification - Identify executive-level pain points (profitability, inefficiency, data silos, manual processes) - Qualify prospects for AI Readiness and AI Performance Workshops - Book meetings directly on executive calendars 3. CRM Discipline - Track all activity in CRM (calls, emails, conversations, outcomes) - Maintain clean pipeline records - Follow defined sales cadence sequences 4.
