About the Role
The ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals, including market research, competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities in their specialist market.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, email, social media, and events, ensuring campaigns are targeted, measurable, and deliver a strong ROI.
- Brand Management: Manage the company's website and social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and technical excellence.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blog posts, case studies, videos, and product guides, collaborating with the sales team and technical team to create content that supports lead generation and customer retention.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activities are within budget and deliver value for money, regularly reporting on marketing spend and campaign performance.
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or a CIM Diploma or postgraduate level qualification.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO/SEM, CRM systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing a marketing budget and demonstrating ROI.
