**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and growth by accurately and efficiently entering and retrieving information from our computer databases. You will be responsible for verifying information in documents and on computer screens, updating records and files, and answering inquiries from guests. You will also be required to operate standard office equipment, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems
* Transmit information or documents using a computer
* Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print)
* Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests
* Verify information in documents or on computer screens, including text, printed forms, and lists for accuracy and completeness
* Operate standard office equipment other than computers such as telephone, typewriter, fax, photocopier, calculator, and electronic peripherals
* Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
