**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading front-end operations, and driving adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure seamless execution of customer-centric initiatives, manage team performance, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing and executing effective front-end operations and expectations
* Lead the omnichannel processes, ensuring seamless integration of online and in-store experiences
* Maintain store recovery standards to deliver arenaflex's Brand Promises
* Deliver friendly customer service, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Assist the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and requirements
* Ensure all front-end policies and procedures are followed, achieving KPIs and managing team performance
* Plan and lead the execution of class and in-store events in accordance with arenaflex programs
* Manage and execute shrink and safety programs, ensuring a secure and safe shopping environment
* Assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits, as well as inventory processes, including Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities
* Assist with the onboarding of new Team Members, training, observing, and coaching the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier) to achieve results
* Participate in the performance management process, supporting Talent Development and utilizing leadership competencies for continued self-development
* Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), interacting with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remaining positive and respectful, even in difficult situations
* Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions to meet their needs
* Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes, ensuring truck standards are followed and completed within budget
* Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production, as well as leading the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Retail management experience, preferably in a customer-centric environment
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving team performance
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns
* Familiarity with omnichannel retail operations and customer-centric initiatives
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and early mornings
**Physical Requirements and Work Environment**
* Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
* Ability to move throughout the store, regularly bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
* Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
* Work in a public retail store setting, with all public areas climate-controlled
* Some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled, and some outdoor work may be assigned to retrieve shopping carts or unload trucks
* Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press
