Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently enter prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Troubleshoot prescription/patient data entry discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure accurate and timely prescription/patient information input, maintaining the highest level of data integrity
- Work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere
Essential Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Current national/state pharmacy certification and State Board of Pharmacy registration
- Strong computer skills, with experience in pharmacy software systems
- Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge
- Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations and attention to detail
- Minimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred
- Framework experience is preferred
