We're seeking a passionate and experienced Night Shift Manager of Patient Care to join our team, driving excellence in our clinical nursing department and ensuring the highest quality care for our young patients.
For over a century, Arkansas Children's has been meeting the unique needs of children, providing a comprehensive range of services that include two hospitals, a pediatric research institute, foundation, clinics, education, and outreach. Our Little Rock campus is home to a 336-bed hospital, featuring the state's only pediatric Level 1 Trauma Center, burn center, Level 4 neonatal intensive care, and pediatric intensive care, as well as a nationally recognized transport service. As our Night Shift Manager of Patient Care, you'll play a critical role in managing the daily operations of our clinical nursing department, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care delivery, and effective utilization of staff, supplies, and equipment. You'll promote evidence-based practice and ongoing performance improvement, collaborating closely with our Nursing Director, physicians, and other department leaders to drive success.
