Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to ensure the timely and successful launch of marketing campaigns.
- Create detailed work-back plans for key deliverables, including briefs, concepts, decks, and campaign assets.
- Oversee the coordination, asset trafficking, and QA of campaign assets in partnership with the marketing team to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output.
- Assist with the reconciliation of expenses, invoicing, and maintenance of records to ensure accurate financial management.
- Manage the onboarding of partners and vendors, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Provide general team support, including scheduling meetings, creating agendas, note-taking, and assisting in creating marketing decks and materials.
- Support documentation efforts by gathering, organizing, and archiving key marketing materials.
- Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders, including Brand Marketing, Creative, Social, PR, and media agencies.
Essential Qualifications
