About the Role: Teacher Growth Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Teacher Growth Manager to join our team. This 100% remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, allowing you to manage your work environment effectively. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in scaling our teacher acquisition efforts, ensuring that we can match every student with their dream teacher. Your primary objective will be to recruit, hire, and retain top-quality music teachers, building a diverse and high-performing team that shares our passion for music education.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit teachers to apply for music teaching positions at Trala, leveraging various channels and networks to attract top talent.
• Own and optimize the Teacher Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) metric, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment strategies.
• Scale our teacher interview process to accommodate rapid growth, hiring 50+ teachers per month while maintaining quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with teachers, generating referrals and building a pipeline for high-performing Trala students to become teachers.
• Design and implement a referral program to incentivize referrals from teachers and Program Managers.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance our employer brand recognition, attracting more inbound candidates and establishing Trala as a premier destination for music educators.
• Work closely with the Sales team to understand the specific needs of our students, ensuring that we recruit teachers with the right genre, location, specialization, and personality type.
• Build, invest in, and retain a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and high-performance team and culture, fostering an environment that supports the growth and success of our teachers and students.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience in quickly scaling up teams of contractors or employees, with a strong track record of maintaining high quality and efficiency.
