Key Responsibilities
- Technical Strategy Development: Design and implement a technical strategy that aligns with business objectives, leveraging D365 F&O to its fullest potential.
- Business Requirement Analysis: Comprehend and incorporate business requirements across the company into technical solutions, ensuring that D365 F&O supports our global operations effectively.
- Change Management: Provide technical guidance on the best D365 F&O solutions in response to changing business requirements, mergers and acquisitions, compliance needs, and new business initiatives.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Partner with the Enterprise Architecture team and the Director of D365 Architecture to develop a clear, viable strategy for system support and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and provide technical leadership as needed.
- Communication: Develop and present clear, concise descriptions of system functionality and roadmaps to executive and leadership audiences, ensuring that technical strategies are well-understood and supported at all levels.
- Optimization: Identify pathways to maximize the leverage of D365 native functionality, minimizing customization and ensuring the system remains scalable and efficient.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Professional English Fluency: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with global teams and communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- D365 F&O Experience: Proven experience in developing, implementing, and supporting D365 F&O on a global scale, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
- Global Data Privacy Knowledge: A solid understanding of global data privacy laws and how they impact D365 F&O implementations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Azure SQL, Microsoft’s Common Data Service, data components of Office 365, and Power BI, with the ability to apply these skills in designing and implementing technical solutions for D365 F&O.
- Remote Work Experience: Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, capable of resolving complex technical issues and developing innovative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- MB-700 Certification: Holding an MB-700 certification demonstrates expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and is strongly preferred.
- ISV Ecosystem Experience: Experience with the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) ecosystem of D365 F&O, understanding how to leverage third-party solutions to enhance the platform’s functionality.
- Power Platform Experience: Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, and how it can be integrated with D365 F&O to provide powerful business intelligence and automation capabilities.
- B2B Data Experience: Experience working with data in the B2B space, particularly in relation to D365 F&O implementations, is a significant advantage.
