Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong and diverse skillset, including:
Essential Qualifications:
- A high level of comfort with online navigation and website use.
- A valid license to sell healthcare plans.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience selling Medicare plans in a telesales environment.
- The ability to pass the AHIP exam on an annual basis, as well as required carrier certifications.
- Adherence to all CMS compliance regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, as they will enable you to communicate effectively with a broader range of prospective members.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, although higher education or relevant certifications may be advantageous.
