As a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that's dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and preventing potential loss. **Key Responsibilities** As a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: * Maintaining a professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store, acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty * Reviewing and understanding the Store Emergency Response Guide * Wearing a complete arenaflex-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera * Greeting customers appropriately, demonstrating courtesy and respect * Establishing and maintaining a position at the front of the store or in a department * Responding to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service via a Company-issued radio * Observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management * Performing a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management * Adhering to all arenaflex Policy and Procedure * Documenting required incidents in AIIM Case Management * Performing other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Sound decision-making skills * Ability to take initiative and perform well independently * Prioritizes/organizes workload and manages time effectively * Ability to stand for long periods of time * 0-2 years retail or security experience **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Previous experience in a loss prevention or security role * Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Benefits and Perks** As an arenaflex team member, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * Competitive salary range of $15.00 to $18.25 per hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays * Associate discount program * EAP, smoking cessation, bereavement, and other employee assistance programs * Credit union membership and referral bonuses * Scholarship program and adoption assistance **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
