**Job Summary**
As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in helping customers maximize the value of our powerful supply chain intelligence platform. From onboarding to long-term optimization, you will guide users through training, troubleshoot issues, and provide data-driven insights that improve their operational performance. You'll be a trusted partner throughout the customer journey, working cross-functionally to enhance user satisfaction and retention.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers adopt best practices and maximize platform usage
* Deliver training sessions and resources to improve customer proficiency

**Requirements**
