Key Responsibilities
- Promptly contact exclusive in-house leads to answer questions and provide information on our life insurance products, including mortgage protection, disability, retirement protection, term life, whole life, and more.
- Prepare engaging presentations to deliver necessary information to clients, highlighting the benefits of our Debt Free Life program and other insurance solutions.
- Assist clients in applying for appropriate coverage and support them throughout the underwriting process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Successfully follow up on pending business requirements, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
- Participate in our comprehensive training and one-on-one mentorship program, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in our sales system.
- Attend Zoom meetings and conference calls with team members, staying connected and informed about company updates, best practices, and industry trends.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, including in-person national conferences and local events, to stay ahead of the curve and expand your network.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A current Life Insurance License in your home state or be willing to obtain one. We'll provide support and guidance throughout the licensing process.
- Consistent access to a computer with internet access, ensuring you can stay connected and productive while working remotely.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and communicate complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- A strong passion for working with and helping others, demonstrating empathy, compassion, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
