You will work in a fast-paced inbound call center environment where performance is rewarded, helping customers every day by ensuring their insurance needs are met and they maintain their insurance policy with the coverage they require at a reasonable price. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound calls from existing customers in a fast-paced call center-like environment, using multiple programs and systems simultaneously to resolve their needs quickly and efficiently. * Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of insurance requirements and carrier guidelines across dozens of states and many carriers. * Answer questions related to coverages, billing, and policy history. * Use a proactive approach to identify and assess customers' needs and offer our services to ensure each customer is placed best for their needs.
