Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Advisor with CWH Advisors, you will play a vital role in supporting our client engagements and contributing to the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Management: Supporting engagement activities under the direction of the project manager, ensuring timely and effective delivery of client projects.
- Client Engagements: Providing strategic support to client engagements, including research, data acquisition, analytics, PowerPoint document creation, and storytelling, as well as conducting market assessments and developing forecasts.
- Business Development: Assisting with business development activities, such as company/product research, proposal development, and methodology creation, to drive new business opportunities.
- Leveraging your expertise in home health, value-based healthcare, and/or payor revenue cycle management to inform and enhance client engagements.

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Business, Communications, or Healthcare Informatics.
- 3+ years of professional experience working in a healthcare technology or services company.
- Proven expert competency with Microsoft Office suite, primarily PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- A hungry, self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate independently (with frequent check-ins and mentoring).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience in home health, value-based healthcare, and/or payor revenue cycle management.
- A track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
