In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound calls and inquiries via email or other communication channels
- Scheduling virtual appointments with customers via Zoom
- Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to meet the evolving needs of each client
- Educating customers on the features and benefits of our products
- Performing reviews for existing clients and assisting with claims or adjustments as needed
- Providing attentive customer service and administrative support to ensure seamless sales experiences
- Collaborating with team members to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of sales interactions in our CRM system
Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for a self-starter with:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using Zoom and MS Office Suite
