Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Group Fitness Instructor to join our team in Hoboken, NJ. As a Group Fitness Instructor at Crunch, you'll have the opportunity to teach safe and effective exercise classes, expand your skills, and connect with a community of like-minded individuals who share your passion for fitness. Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes that cater to clients of all levels
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications and stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends
• Understand and follow all policies, procedures, and standards set by Crunch Fitness
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand, our 7 Core Values, and personify our No Judgments philosophy
• Facilitate relevant member requests or forward to relevant supervisor(s) as needed
• Stay connected with key Group Fitness Managers on class schedules and evolving skills and fitness goals

Special Skills

We're looking for a Group Fitness Instructor with the following skills and qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience or equivalent teaching/performance experience in area of expertise
• Powerful customer service skills and the ability to connect with clients of all levels
• Awesome verbal communication skills, with a bonus for theatrical or on-camera performance experience

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

• CPR certification is required, with AFAA and/or ACE Certification strongly recommended
• Relevant fitness or education certification, with a strong background in teaching exercise classes
