Description
• Own the entire lifecycle of customer data migrations—from the moment a practice signs on until the final record is validated—ensuring every patient chart, appointment, invoice, payment, provider profile, service catalog, and membership plan lands in Prospyr clean, complete, and ready for day-one operations.
• Translate messy, multi-format exports from dozens of legacy EMRs, POS systems, spreadsheets, and proprietary databases into a single, normalized schema that powers our AI-driven practice management platform.
• Run rigorous QA checks that catch missing demographics, duplicate patients, orphaned payments, and mis-mapped service codes before go-live, protecting both patient safety and customer trust.
• Build and maintain migration playbooks, reusable templates, and automated checklists that cut onboarding time by 30 % while raising data integrity scores above 99 %.
• Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with Customer Experience Managers and Implementation Leads to scope migration timelines, set realistic expectations, and adjust on the fly when legacy systems throw curveballs.
• Present migration findings to practice owners and office managers in plain language—explaining why certain fields couldn’t be mapped, how we handled edge cases, and what they need to validate before doors open.
• Troubleshoot urgent data issues during go-live weekends, jumping on Zoom at 7 a.m. local time to resolve a missing provider roster or a corrupted invoice history so the first patient of the day can check in without delay.
• Collaborate with Engineering to prioritize new automation features—like one-click mapping wizards or anomaly-detection scripts—that reduce manual effort and scale with our growing customer base.
• Surface recurring data-quality patterns to the Product team, turning field observations into roadmap items that prevent the same problems for the next hundred practices.
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and security protocols throughout every export, transfer, and validation step, treating patient PHI as if it were your own.
• Track migration metrics—record counts, error rates, turnaround times—in Airtable dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health and capacity planning.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by running post-mortems after each go-live, documenting lessons learned, and iterating on process within a week, not a quarter.
