Key Responsibilities:
As a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative and Package Handler, you'll be responsible for:
- Monitoring your shipping dashboard for incoming orders and packages, and staying available to receive shipments at your designated address
- Inspecting product boxes for damage, taking and uploading photos, and reporting any issues or concerns
- Consolidating or processing outbound shipments according to customer wishes and instructions provided
- Delivering packages to local postal locations and shipping them using provided shipping labels
- Working independently from home or a home office, with minimal supervision and guidance
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing excellent customer service and support
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless and efficient shipping operations
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (not required, but preferred)
- Prior work experience in a wholesale/retail environment (preferred, but not required)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
