Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent, P&C, you will work from home and:
- Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet to address their insurance-related needs.
- Provide accurate and timely processing of changes, quotes, and policy updates.
- Demonstrate expertise in property and casualty insurance products, including policy coverage, pricing, and billing.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing empathetic and professional support.
- Ensure seamless communication with customers, agents, and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize multiple systems and software applications to manage customer interactions and policy data.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and company updates.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent, P&C, you will need:
- An active resident license to sell P&C insurance.
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Verifiable high school diploma or GED.
- Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Passion for helping others.
- Patient and empathetic nature.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
Preferred Qualifications
