Job Summary
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our clients and their customers. Working from the comfort of your own home, you'll be responsible for addressing customer concerns, providing support, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of our products and/or services, providing timely and effective solutions to meet their needs.
- Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accurate and detailed records.
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, identifying opportunities to provide additional value and support.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge, ensuring that you're equipped to provide accurate and effective support to our customers.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Customer service experience is highly desirable, particularly in a healthcare or related field.
- Strong computer navigational skills, with the ability to quickly and efficiently navigate software applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel), with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
- Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to accurately understand and respond to customer needs.
- Professional and courteous demeanor, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Customer-oriented approach, with a passion for delivering outstanding support and service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and concepts.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively resolve customer issues.
Work Environment
- Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems, with a reliable internet connection.
- Work from home environment must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file.
- Blithequark will provide the equipment you need to conduct your work, which may include a webcam.
- You will need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection - DSL or Cable only. No Satellite, Dial-up or Wireless Internet connections.
- Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet with proof that your ISP meets a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps.
- Physical Demands: Constant sedentary work.
