Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Salesforce Developer to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our development team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities

• Support Development Efforts: Learn and contribute to customizations and enhancements on the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• User Interface Design: Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces through thoughtful UI/UX design and wireframing, ensuring optimal user experience.
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver effective solutions.
• Platform Optimization: Continuously improve existing Salesforce solutions to maximize performance and business impact.
• Assist with Designing and Building Scalable Solutions: Work with the team to develop high-quality Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science: A degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce development tools: You should have a solid understanding of Salesforce development tools, including Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Aura, and SOQL.
• Basic understanding of version control systems: Familiarity with version control systems such as Git is essential.
• Strong technical aptitude: You should be able to translate plans into functional, scalable solutions.
• Ability to manage large datasets: You should be able to manage large datasets and optimize data models.
• Excellent communication skills: You should be able to communicate effectively with clients and teams.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple projects: You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to write clear documentation: You should be able to write clear documentation, including code comments and user manuals.
