About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Manager to lead the development of data and artificial intelligence solutions that will drive Walmart's digital transformation. As a key member of our Data and Artificial Intelligence team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge solutions that will help us better understand our customers, improve our operations, and enhance the shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Help shape the vision and strategy for data and artificial intelligence solutions across Walmart, working closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Lead the development of product roadmaps, working with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, define requirements, and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and develop data pipelines, machine learning models, and other data-driven solutions that will drive business value.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements, ensuring that data and artificial intelligence solutions are aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and other cross-functional teams, to ensure that data and artificial intelligence solutions are integrated into the broader business strategy.
- Drive the development of data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and master data management solutions to ensure that data is accurate, reliable, and consistent across the organization.
- Partner with business and data science teams to ensure that data and artificial intelligence solutions are aligned with business objectives and are delivering the expected value.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of data and artificial intelligence trends, technologies, and best practices, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations in the field.
- Lead the development of data and artificial intelligence solutions that are scalable, secure, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that will drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Walmart's business operations, including supply chain management, logistics, and customer service.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of data and artificial intelligence solutions, including data warehousing, business intelligence, and machine learning.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in product management, data science, and engineering, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. Here are the key requirements for this role:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, data science, or engineering, with a strong background in data and artificial intelligence solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers.
- Strong understanding of data and artificial intelligence trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Experience developing and maintaining data pipelines, machine learning models, and other data-driven solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of Walmart's business operations and data and artificial intelligence solutions.
- Experience developing and maintaining data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and master data management solutions.
- Experience working with data warehousing, business intelligence, and machine learning technologies.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications

- MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience working with big data technologies, such as Hadoop or Spark.
