- Stay Up-to-Date on Walmart's Offerings: Maintain exceptional knowledge of Walmart's products, services, and promotions to provide customers with accurate information.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is an asset.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems, navigating multiple software applications simultaneously, and working independently.
- Reliable Internet Connection: A dedicated workspace arrangement with a reliable internet connection is required for remote work.
- US Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
