Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our team, with a strong portfolio that showcases your UX skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. As a Product Designer, you'll work closely with our teams to design and build exceptional user experiences that meet business goals and exceed member expectations. You'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to design and build payment experiences that drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Advocating for the user and developing UX solutions that meet business goals and push the boundaries of what's possible.
- Creating intuitive, natural experiences in complex spaces with multiple stakeholders and workflows.
- Working on a range of projects across multiple platforms (TV, mobile, web, and more).
- Designing with scalability in mind and contributing to our design systems and UX guidelines.
- Partnering with our research teams to understand member needs, expectations, and pain points.
- Influencing future product development spaces to drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
As a Product Designer at Netflix, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements
To succeed as a Product Designer at Netflix, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or equivalent experience) with a strong portfolio that showcases your UX skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate your ideas and drive solutions with cross-functional partners.
- Experience with design systems and UX guidelines.
- A passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in business development settings and driving design strategy and execution from 0 to 1 with minimal oversight.
