**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Designing, prototyping, and productionizing innovative models using a range of techniques (Regulated/Unaided/Support)
* Developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for never-before-tackled issues
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions
* Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, data analysis, and visualization
* Communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Working with large datasets, including data preparation, feature engineering, and model training
* Developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
* Collaborating with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures
* Participating in code reviews and contributing to the development of best practices and standards
**Essential Capabilities:**
* 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
* Strong background in data analysis, visualization, and modeling
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
* Experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
* Strong understanding of statistical concepts and mathematical modeling
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

**Preferred Capabilities:**
* Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
* Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
