**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Director, Customer Growth, you will be responsible for:
* Aligning with the West Region to set priorities across the customer portfolio and communicating these priorities to the Customer Marketing team so that appropriate long and near-term focus is given based on the work that matters most across the region portfolio of customers.
* Building strategic relationships with C-Suite marketing executives with Top 20 West customers with the ability to facilitate and accelerate the business relationship based upon an understanding of their marketing needs.
* Leading the West marketing business planning process and assuring that top 50 customers have a Beverage Strategy in alignment with the FSOP Collaborative Business Planning process (CBP).
* Actively participating in Sales routines, bringing the marketing lens and reporting back to appropriate CM teams to assure ongoing alignment between Marketing and Sales on how to deliver against customer needs and objectives.
* Responsible for hiring, coaching, developing, and advancing Directors and marketing strategists with a focus on building best-in-class marketing capabilities, bench strength, and growth.
* Modeling growth behaviors and leading a culture of empowerment that is focused on the development and motivation of individuals to achieve and sustain high performance.
* Serving as a key strategic link between the West and our Atlanta-based Customer Value and Growth organization to ensure we are collaborating effectively.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
* Bachelor's Degree; MBA Preferred
* 10+ years CPG experience, preferably with background/experience within Foodservice & On-Premise and/or in a Customer Marketing role in other industries/channels
* Proven experience leading and inspiring teams
* Location: Irvine, Denver, or Dallas preferred, West Coast
* Travel: Approximately 25-30%

**Compensation & Benefits**
* Pay Range: $211,000 - $238,400
* Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
* A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
* Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 50
* Long-term Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 20
