**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Record Goal team by utilizing your expertise in organization systems, services, products, strategies, and Record Goal frameworks. You'll apply your knowledge to interact with delinquent clients, gather and arrange terms of reimbursement on outstanding account balances, and perform routine conditional tasks. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify and resolve issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support Record Goal operations as a section-level Record Goal Expert by utilizing knowledge of organization systems, services, products, strategies, and Record Goal frameworks
* Apply information while interacting with delinquent clients
* Gather and arrange terms of reimbursement on outstanding account balances to improve quality customer experience
* Perform routine conditional tasks, such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls using an auto dialer or direct dial system to determine the reason for misconduct
* Seek guidance from supervisors and raise questions and complex issues to Record Goal teams
* Collaborate with the Record Goal team on essential Record Goal-related information, as well as internal and external clients
**Required Capabilities**
* 3+ years of experience in Record Goal, client contact, customer support, or sales climate, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
* Ability to follow procedures, systems, and guidelines
* Ability to listen and elicit information while exercising independent judgment to successfully identify and resolve issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while adjusting multiple needs in a structured yet adaptable, flexible, and changing call center climate
* Ability to communicate with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of colleagues and management
* Ability to meet or exceed business objectives and targets while cultivating a team environment
* Ability to work effectively in a structured yet adaptable, flexible, and changing call center climate
* Ability to work independently in a team environment and across all hierarchical levels, where adaptability, collaboration, and flexibility are essential
* Ability to navigate multiple computer screens while handling the telephone
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and precision
* Call center customer service experience in the financial services industry
* Military experience in personnel administration, handling military workforce requests or changes, wartime status tasks, HR, or military recruiting
* Military knowledge or examination experience, including functional management, project management, mission development management, and financial management
* Experience working with military regulations and directives, enrolled assessments, official/authoritative reporting, and assisting in keeping military staff battle-ready and effective
