**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change
* Making purchase suggestions and promoting arenaflex products and services
* Working with our food program to provide a seamless customer experience
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
* Interacting with customers daily, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise
* Collaborating with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve sales goals
* Thinking creatively to solve problems and come up with innovative solutions
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
* Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease
* Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and sales experience
