About the Team
Our team is a collaborative and innovative group of data enthusiasts who are passionate about using data to tell stories that drive business outcomes. We work closely with cross-functional teams across the DTC organization, including Product, Marketing, and Finance, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining complex SQL queries to extract insights from large datasets
- Creating data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Building and maintaining functional dashboards in Tableau and Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide self-serve analytics to stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining data models and data governance policies to ensure data quality and integrity
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our data analytics capabilities remain cutting-edge
Essential Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
- Strong programming skills in languages such as SQL, Python, or R
- Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Capabilities
While not required, the following capabilities would be a plus:
- Experience working in the streaming media industry or with direct-to-consumer businesses
- Experience developing and maintaining data stories that are communicated to key stakeholders
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence (AI) techniques

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role is $98,000 to $131,300 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
