About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team remotely. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity processes, policies, and tactics to enhance our organization's protection posture. You will work closely with our digital era crew to construct the finest airline in the history of aviation, leveraging revolutionary architectures, data analytics, and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development, implementation, and improvement of complete cybersecurity processes, policies, and tactics to enhance the organization's protection posture and align with evolving cyber threats.
- Collaborate with enterprise operating agencies and partners to define new aviation cybersecurity requirements and guidelines.
- Display changes in cybersecurity policies and enterprise standard methodologies, presenting guidance to the organization to adapt to new requirements proactively.
- Assess comfortable systems development Framework compliance throughout United's operations and assist with remediation sports.
- Set up key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of cybersecurity tactics and provide regular reports to control and regulatory bodies.
- Compare and recommend cybersecurity gear, technologies, and services to enhance the employer's safety abilities.
- Plan, implement, and supervise cybersecurity projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the desired objectives.
- Collaborate with partners to define project requirements and manage sources efficiently.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on process development, enterprise regulatory support, and technical project management.
- Technical project management: the ability to lead and manage complex cybersecurity projects, including planning, execution, resource management, and successful delivery.
- Technical abilities: skill proficiency in cybersecurity tools, technologies, and standard methodologies. Familiarity with cloud security, network security, and secure software development tactics.
- Manner management: experience developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, techniques, and governance systems.
- Knowledge of application security concepts.
- Experience helping enterprise and regulatory engagements.
- Experience with Aviation risk assessment and analysis methodologies.
- Regulatory information: In-depth knowledge of aviation industry-specific policies and Compliance requirements, including experience in implementing cybersecurity measures to meet these requirements.
- Analytical technique: strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security-demanding situations and devise effective solutions.
- Conversation skills: excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver technical concepts to both technical and non-technical partners.
- Leadership skills: ability to lead cybersecurity projects and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

- Certified Information Protection Supervisor (CISM).
- CompTIA Security+.
- Licensed Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

- CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+).
- Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP).
- Master's Degree.
