Job Summary

As a Trader Administrations Group Captain, you will report to our Dealer Administrations Manager and work closely with the Inbound Enactments group. Your primary responsibilities will include providing guidance and support to your colleagues, driving business outcomes, and ensuring seamless client experiences. This is a full-time position with 8 hours of work per day, and we anticipate that this role will be hybrid with some time in-office once our workplaces resume.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mentorship to colleagues to improve their overall performance on all metrics
• Demonstrate creativity and commitment to making moves to advance a positive work environment
• Be an student of the business: seek ways to develop and learn about the industry
• Make a positive impact on client experience by inspiring the team to provide excellent customer support and making it easy for Shippers to work with us

• Respond to and address escalations protests from clients and employees

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 2+ years of experience in an office environment
