We're seeking an experienced entry-level phlebotomist to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a phlebotomist at BioLife, you'll play a critical role in collecting plasma from donors, which is then used to create life-changing medicines for patients with rare diseases. As an entry-level phlebotomist at BioLife, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our donors, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the plasma collection process. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records, preparing donor charts, and coordinating donor compensation. In addition, you'll work closely with your management team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to center processes as needed.
