Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization and visual merchandising of assigned departments
• Oversee data entry tasks, including requesting, loading, and maintaining accurate stock levels
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas, including stockroom and sales floor
• Provide backup support to sales associates as needed
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, including setting, filling, and maintaining stock arrangementograms
• Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) with regular breaks
• Work a flexible schedule, including two nights per week and every other Saturday

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Division Manager at blithequark, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a leadership or management role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous experience in inventory management or data entry
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, including inventory management systems
