- Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Enter and sort invoices, receipts, and timesheets, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Accurately complete cost, project, and time entries, maintaining up-to-date records
- Create and maintain expense reports and expense codes for documents, invoices, and receipts
- Create and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security
- Maintain electronic filing systems and/or hard copy records, adhering to blithequark's data management policies
- Generate reports using appropriate software, including creating tables, sorting, and exporting
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
