**A Day in the Life of a Data Entry Specialist**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data management processes. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:
* Processing orders and verifying pricing and availability
* Typing accurately, preparing, and maintaining order documents and records
* Communicating with vendors to ensure orders are allocated promptly and correctly
* Obtaining shipping quotes, preparing shipping instructions (BOLs), and scheduling pick up for ready orders
* Reconciling open and closed orders in a timely manner
* Researching, tracking, and restoring documentation when problems or discrepancies arise, including lost orders and production delays
* Informing management and compiling reports/summaries on activity areas
* Functioning in accordance with established standards and procedures
**Required Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least 1 year of related experience in a customer service account
* A track record of over-achieving quota
* Competency in MS Office, databases, and web-based software
* Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and related reports
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Aptitude for details and numbers
* Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks
* Data entry and word processing skills
* Well-organized
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, having the following skills will be beneficial:
* Familiarity with Shopify or equivalent e-com experience
