**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately keying applications into our Affinity database. This is a fantastic opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Key paper applications into the Affinity database with high accuracy and speed
* Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy, adhering to arenaflex's quality standards
* Assist the deposit room with entering checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed
* Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members
* Collaborate with management to identify and address systematic opportunities and issues
* Participate in process improvements and contribute to the development of new procedures and best practices
**Education and Work Experience**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
* 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field
**Knowledge and Skills**
To excel in this role, you'll need to demonstrate the following competencies:
* Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times
* Communicate effectively (verbal and written) with colleagues, management, and clients
* Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
