As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, working closely with customers and exchange experts to deliver top-notch service and support. **Job Summary** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our Home Depot Freshers Program as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and driving sales through effective communication and problem-solving skills. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, from homeowners to professionals, and help them achieve their home improvement goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide 90% customer and expert exchange organizations (Ace) client care through inbound/outbound calls, email, and visit frameworks * Report customer interactions using electronic programming devices and ensure start-to-finish backing, research, and follow-up are completed to guarantee best effort in matches between professional exchange organizations and customers * Perform other duties as assigned by leadership * Collaborate with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide product information * Work closely with exchange experts to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of all devices, assets, and interactions to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction * Communicate directly with customers to work with statements and close deals * Utilize electronic programming devices to track customer interactions and ensure seamless support **Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports** * This position reports to a Manager, Customer Care * This position has no immediate reports **Travel Requirements** * Occasionally requires travel under 10% of the time **Physical Requirements** * Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, and there is frequent opportunity to move about * Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light articles **Working Conditions** * Located in a comfortable indoor area * Any hazardous conditions would be rare and not surprising **Minimum Qualifications** * Must be eighteen years old or older * Must be legally allowed to work in the US * THD/Master Reference partners should be highly motivated and proficient delegates that self-start their own activities to ensure objectives are met * THD/Master Reference partners will expect partners to grasp fundamental exchanges, ranging from light home improvement and jack-of-all-trades work to yard and housekeeping exchanges **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $25/hour * Flexible remote work arrangement * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Opportunities to work with a diverse range of customers and exchange experts **How to Apply** Ready to join our team and start your career with arenaflex?
