Key Responsibilities
- Compassionately assist clients with a variety of post-order issues, such as delivery questions, damages, returns, substitutions, gathering services, and order warnings.
- Handle a high volume of contacts (50-60 calls per shift) in a fast-paced and highly organized environment.
- Meet our superior execution bar by striving to exceed customer satisfaction, succeeding in meeting client support effectiveness metrics, and fulfilling other obligations as assigned.
- Expertly connect with clients via inbound calls, chats, and messages, building relationships and resolving issues.
- Listen effectively and show empathy to understand client concerns and influence internal resources to find the best solution.
- De-heighten client concerns using peace promotion skills to balance client needs with business options while remaining calm and composed.
- Issue solve using a systematic approach to resolve client issues in a first-contact resolution approach.
- Be educated and perform various tasks, such as navigating multiple programs, tabs, tools, and extracting request information to quickly and effectively answer questions.
- Raise foundational issues and identify areas for improvement, offering trends and insights to leadership.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
- High school diploma or equivalent accepted.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer support experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment.
- Knowledge of home goods, furniture, and decor.
