AAA Auto Club Enterprises is hiring full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives fluent in English and Spanish to join their industry-leading Insurance Call Center team. The role involves assisting members with questions related to AAA memberships and delivering personalized solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to AAA memberships
- Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services
- Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset
- Think quickly and critically to resolve issues—this is not a scripted environment
- Navigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance your performance
Skills
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish, are required
- Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time
- A flexible, 'can-do' mindset and willingness to adapt to change
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must reside within 80 miles of our Houston Branch office 8508 Highway 6 North, Houston, TX 77095
- Recent call center experience preferred
