**The Role**
We're looking for customer-centric individuals to join our team as Customer Support Agents. As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and solutions to their issues. You'll work independently, thrive in fast-paced environments, and think on your feet to resolve complex problems. Your primary goal will be to deliver prompt solutions through phone, chat, and email, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Agent, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer contact and delivering prompt solutions through phone, chat, and email
* Communicating and collaborating with different departments to resolve customer issues
* Investigating, researching, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
* Handling tough and dissatisfied customers politely and professionally
