About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team! As a remote employee, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, engaging directly with our pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service, research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions, and follow up as needed to resolve issues. We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for individuals who can think critically, engage with our customers, and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to provide exceptional service and support
- Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers and follow up as needed to resolve issues
- Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers and provide personalized solutions that meet their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, services, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task, think critically, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of pet health and wellness products and services
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
- Bilingual or multilingual skills

As a remote employee, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home. You'll need to:
- Reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky
- Perform all work within the state of Kentucky
- Have a dedicated workspace that's quiet, private, and free from distractions
- Have reliable internet access and a computer that meets our technical requirements
