This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our patients and referrals. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll interact with patients and referrals via phone calls, email, fax, chat, text, web inquiries, and other electronic sources. You'll receive and process order requests, provide accurate information and updates, and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
