**Join Our Team**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team and support a premier partner. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll interface with customers via outbound calls, or through email depending on the customer requirements. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven by purpose and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative - Part Time, you'll be responsible for:
* Delivering the highest level of customer service on a daily basis
* Communicating via phone & email with clients to educate them on the program and establish ongoing contact
* Maintaining data integrity within our company's CRM (Salesforce)
* Interfacing with multiple business units to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
* Tracking, tracing, documenting, and arranging retrieval of AeroSafe boxes
* Educating customers on features & benefits of products to improve product-related sales and customer satisfaction
* Collaborating with team members and coordinating solutions for customers
* Preparing complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating systems of actions taken
* Establishing and maintaining good customer relations with both internal and external customers
* Working a Monday - Friday 9a-2p EST schedule
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proven experience in customer service or a related role
* Prior experience working in a remote environment is preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools
* Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce
* Knowledge of inventory management and asset tracking
* Familiarity with AeroSafe boxes and related products
* Certification in customer service or a related field
