Schedule and Training
The schedule for this role will be Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with rotating holidays as needed. The initial training period will be approximately two weeks, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, providing a comprehensive introduction to our systems, policies, and procedures.
Essential Qualifications
- Must be a New York State resident to be considered for this role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment.
