Key Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL and provide quality communication services while recording First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims.
- Effectively communicate with customers while accurately entering data into a customized database.
- Report underground damage to locate companies when applicable.
- Provide outstanding service to customer representatives.
- Analyze photos and map the correct location.
- Work on special projects as assigned.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum typing speed of 55 wpm, error-free.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PDFs, and internet searches.
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
- Active listening skills to effectively understand customer needs.
- Strong written communication skills to craft clear and concise messages.
- The ability to read and follow a script.
- Analytical skills to interpret photos and determine damage.
- A dedicated workspace within your home for work purposes (blithequark will provide the necessary computer equipment).
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- 6 months to 1-year of previous customer service call center experience.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
Additionally, experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- A Tiered Support Bonus System, with bonuses ranging from $105 to $205 per pay period, based on total fees generated.
- An FNOL Incentive Program, offering high-performers an opportunity to earn an additional $10 per day, paid on the 5th of the following month.
- Paid time off, accrued at a rate of 5 hours per pay period, equal to 3 weeks in your first full year.
- A $50/month contribution towards your internet service cost.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including a matched 401k.
