Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our users, ensuring that their experiences with our platform are nothing short of outstanding. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling all inbound inquiries received via chats, emails, and calls, and providing accurate and timely resolutions to issues that arise
- Independently providing accurate information to resolve problems and issues, and escalating complex issues to your team leader, managers, and other departments as required
- Continuously educating yourself with up-to-date and relevant information to support customer service operations, including staying current with industry trends and developments in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space
- Adhering to Quality Assurance standards set by the company, and complying with the schedule set by the Team Leader
- Assisting in the preparation of other processes as and when assigned or required by the Team Leader, including projects aimed at achieving team objectives such as implementing ticket deflection strategies and analyzing data/trends to drive defect reduction
- Displaying a good team working attitude and behavior within the team and other departments in the company, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to user inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with other teams, including technical support, product development, and marketing, to ensure that user issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, including new technologies and features, to provide accurate and informed support to users
- Participate in quality assurance activities, including testing and feedback, to ensure that our platform and services meet the highest standards of quality and user experience
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other support resources, to help users find answers to common questions and issues
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of experience in frontline customer support, preferably in the financial or service industry
- A passion and willingness to go above and beyond to solve complex problems while delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Excellent verbal and written professional English and native language skills
- Great multitasking, prioritizing, and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge or interest in blockchain, digital assets, and fin-tech industry, with a willingness to learn and stay current with industry developments
- Ability to work on flexible working hours and shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- The right to work in the country you are based, with a valid work permit or visa if required
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:
- Experience working in a cryptocurrency or blockchain-related company, with knowledge of Web3 technologies and platforms
- Technical skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience working with APIs and software development methodologies
