Implement and execute the commercial strategy for the B2B professional lighting channel within the assigned region.
Expand market coverage by identifying and acquiring new wholesale customers.
Develop and nurture relationships with key installation partners to drive business growth.
Consistently improve business performance by setting and achieving ambitious targets.
Deliver on both top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability goals as defined by regional leadership.
Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop compelling business cases for regional expansion.
Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
Collect and analyse market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and share insights with the marketing team.
Facilitate effective collaboration across internal departments and sales channels.
Provide structured feedback and insights from the field to support marketing and product development efforts.

Proven Track Record in B2B sales within the lighting-, building materials-, or industrial sectors.
Strong tactical and operational capabilities with a hands-on, practical approach.
Deep customer orientation with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy and clarity.
Persuasive sales acumen and the ability to influence decision-makers.
Professional demeanour and composure under pressure.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
Familiarity with warehousing and distribution operations, including third-party logistics (3PL).
Fluency in English and French is required.
Results-driven with a strong determination to exceed targets.
Analytical, polished, and engaging with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proactive “hunter” mindset with a strong drive to identify and seize opportunities.
